Using install instead of upgrade in this one instance causes the port to be built as requested without checking the old versions variants. Modifications (add +quartz variants, checking the installed gimp2 to make sure it was the same flavor as the dependent port) was to make In the future upgrade will work properly because the previously installed version will now have the +quartz variant. I like it a lot, and I saw that there > is an animation > plugin. Sure things would build correctly in the future. I downloaded but now i don't know what to do > with it. Sudo port install gimp +quartz +animation So to make sure all the dependencies of port gimp are built correctly use I found the plugin > in folder but idk whether i'm supposed to extract all > the files to the plugin > folder or if certain files go to certain folders.
Rather than upgrade (this iteration only)Īfter installing gimp-lqr-plugin successfully and after each port upgrade, MacPorts would update the database of binaries and scan the binaries for linking errors. Gimp gap what files to install plugin update# Each time it attempted to rebuild VLC 2.1.5 (it is a +quartz variant), MacPorts would fail, either at the configure or the build stage. I don't know what's wrong or what I am doing wrong. I've attached additional files of the gimp-jp2 attempt and the VLC attempt. This is not related to the gimp-jp2 problem. VLC currently is broken ( #49405) so it won't rebuild properly. Once RT is installed, opening a RAW image file through GIMP will automatically launch the RT plugin.
This occurred when lua was updated to version 5.3 - this version of VLC only supports lua 5.2 API. You can see exactly what is causing the binary mismatch by running Make as many adjustments to the RAW file as you want, and then simply close the window.
You'll probably find that that library has been upgraded Look for lines that talk about being unable to open a particular library. To a newer version number or possibly the library is just not currently active (deactivated for some reason). If the latter is true then installing the missing library will help. If the library is installed but the version has changed you may have to deactivate VLC for now (it probably won't run because of the mismatch) until the build problem is addressed.
However, it would appear that indeed, the ICH6R drivers did work for ICH6 base and should be recommended. Could be some sort of compatibility issue with nLite and my burner, who knows. I instead decided to create an image and use ImgBurn, and this seems to have corrected the problem. I was able to finally get it working and I believe the problem was nLite's burning process. I also grabbed the iata70_enu.exe driver set from Intel's site, and they appear to be the same as Frenando_1's pack. which are the drivers that worked? Where did you get them?Įdit: if you are using nLite, are you integrating the drivers in text mode (TXT)? Also, if you are using nLite, please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini
This topic should be moved anyway, either to nLite or Frenando_1's Integration of Intel's SATA/AHCI/RAID Drivers, so I suggest you ask Frenando_1 take a look.Įdit: back to post #3. They contain data for ICH6R and ICH6M, so they should be the ones. I just downloaded the RAID/SATA/AHCI drivers for 925x chipset off Intel's website named iata70_enu.exe. If it doesn't work, I'll try to slipstream them onto the Home installation, but honestly will they work? 82801FB is the base model from what I've found and I have no idea if they're backward compatible cause frankly I'm not a hardware aficionado.Ĭan anyone help me out? Either point me to a reliable source of getting the drivers or perhaps a better work around?
I'm going to just give it a shot right now while waiting for a response and slipstream them w/ nLite into the ISO of XP Pro. I've searched vigorously to try and find the F6 drivers and the best I can do will be 82801FR (ICH6R).
I have an Dell OEM XP Home re-install from the previous system, and I have a Dell OEM XP Pro ISO. My problem is I don't want MCE, and I have two other alternatives. Intel P4 630 Prescott Socket 775 LGA 3GHZ I was able to use the OEM reinstall CD to get XP MCE 05 installed, and here are the chipset specifics. I'm trying to install XP onto a new system I just purchased.
